ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND CONSENT STATEMENT FORM IN THE SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA IN WORK APPLICATIONS

This Acknowledgement of Personal Data Protection Statement Form is intended for informing you with respect to processing as mentioned above and as stated purposes finitely in the acknowledgement text, may be transfer to the following persons residing in the country of your Personal Data that you provided to Tavuk Dünyası Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Şirketi (“Tavuk Dünyası” or “Company”) with your explicit consent due to your job application operated by Tavuk Dünyası in the capacity of “Data Controller” within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law (“Law”) No. 6698 in accordance with the current legal legislation.
2. Purposes Of Processing Personal Data
Your obtained personal data within your job application to our company, limited to the purpose of our company's execution of human resources policies, In the light of the general principles stated in Article 4 of the Law, within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, may be processed.
3. Who And What Purpose The Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred To
Your personal data that you provided in job application, in accordance with the personal data processing purposes stated in Articles 8 and 9 of the related Law, Article 419 of the TBK and Article 75 of the Labor Law, as taking necessary security precautions, to the extent permitted by law, may be transferred to third parties and they may be processed by these people with purpose of the execution of human resources policies indefinitely or with period that we will foresee.
These data may be required to the relevant authorities and courts when law consider it necessary, in case of executive, state institutions and organizations upon request.
4. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Reason
Your transmitted personal data you provided with your explicit consent due to your job application to our company, obtained from our website, from other internet sites that allow you to apply for employment or from the physical medium with intent to evaluation of your application by our company, application of our company's human resources policies and execution of recruitment processes, communication with you due to your application and they are gathered in human resources.
Your personal data that obtained and gathered in the above-mentioned legal reasons are also may be processed within the scope of the personal data processing requirements and purposes stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the law, for the purposes stated in Articles 2 and 3 of this This Acknowledgement of Personal Data Protection Statement Form.
5. The Rights of Personal Data Owner Counted in Article 11 of the Law
According to Article 11 of the Law you will be entitled to:
(a) find out if your personal data is being processed;
(b) request information about your personal data if it has been processed;
(c) find out the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used appropriately for its purpose;
(d) know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred in or out of the country;
(e) request that your personal data be corrected if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed;
(f) request that your personal data be erased or destroyed if the reasons for the processing of your personal data have been removed;
(g) require that any correction, deletion or destruction of any of the above-mentioned acts is notified to third parties to whom your personal data are transmitted pursuant to Article 7 of the Law;

As personal data owners, if you submit your request for the rights we have just mentioned in the manner specified in the present wording to the Company, our Company shall conclude not later than within 30 (thirty) days and as soon as possible in accordance with the nature of the claim. However, if the transaction also requires a cost, the fee may be charged at the rate specified under the legislation.
You may submit your request to use your above mentioned rights in writing or by other means as set forth by the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Law. As the Personal Data Protection Board has not established any method for the use of your rights at this stage, you must submit your application in writing to the Company pursuant to the Law.
Your request, including the necessary information to identify your identity in order to use your rights notified in article 11 of the Code, and your explanations of which of.your rights will be used as requested; You can send your request together with identifying documents to Aydınevler Mah. The Company accepts your request on your application or rejects it by explaining its reason and notifies the person concerned in writing or in electronic form. In the event that the claim in the application is accepted, it shall be fulfilled by the Company. The fee will be refunded to you if the claim is due to the Company's fault and if you are charged a fee.
Consent
I know and approve that my Personal Data that I provided to Tavuk Dünyası due to my job application may be transferred by Tavuk Dünyası to the existing, affiliated companies, partners, successors and / or third parties / organizations of the Tavuk Dünyası in the country and may be processed limited to the purposes in law and stated in Articles 2 and 3 above by Tavuk Dünyası and before mentioned people.In this context I declare that the obligation to enforce under this Acknowledgement of Personal Data Form and the Law is fulfilled by Tavuk Dünyası and I am aware of my rights and obligations.
