The rights of the owners of personal data or the legal representatives of these individuals (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant” or “Personal Data Subject”) defined as “relevant person” in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”) for submitting requests for the processing of personal data are governed in Article 11 of PDPL. Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the PDPL, the applications that will be submitted for such rights to Tavuk Dünyası Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Data Controller”) as the Data Controller must be in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).

In this context, applications to be made to our Company "in writing" shall be made by printing out this form and signed by the Applicant and sent to the Company's registered e-mail address will be forwarded to us.

If the transaction requires an additional cost, the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller Communiqué (“Communiqué”) a transaction fee may be charged over the tariff stipulated pursuant to Article 7 of the Communiqué.
