Elaman NetAcademy - Training and Development
As Tavuk Dünyası Academy, we plan an average of 400,000 hours of training annually. All our teammates who are committed to Enrich Their Development receive 140 hours of training per person annually. Our employees are engaged in a journey of continuous training and development program from the first day of their employment.
Our restaurant employees are involved in the Beginner Business Certificate Program, Intermediate Business Certificate Program, Advanced Business Certificate Program, and Leadership programs respectively during their journey of training, which starts with the orientation program. We aim to develop managers of the future. We also offer development programs and Micro MBA programs which we support through University Collaborations that we design special to the needs of our employees every year.
